Maryam Awan

Welcome to Ping Social Gaming LLC

Maryam Awan is not your average educator. She speaks three languages – Teen, Tween, and Kid. Raising two boys of her own during the pandemic, Maryam came to embrace the power of gaming, understanding that it is not a waste of time but rather it is a culture and language that the latest generations speak.

While looking for activities and clubs for her own teens to join in her community, she quickly realized that teens get the short end of the stick. While younger kids have a plethora of socializing opportunities, teens often find themselves either lumped together with younger children whom they do not fit in with or are left to their own devices (literally and figuratively) struggling to find welcoming, respectful and safe communities in which to fit in.

But here’s the truth: Teens deserve their own spaces!

Ping Social Gaming LLC

What is Ping Social Gaming LLC?

The better question is…who are those mysterious people your teens are chatting with online? Is anyone keeping an eye on their conversations?  Are their online gaming environments respectful and appropriate? What are they learning?

Unfortunately, online culture can be dangerous and scary and can influence people to think that the toxic ways many engage with others online is acceptable and just part of the norm.

The sad reality is we don’t know who is behind the screen and how they are influencing our children. The internet is a breeding ground for dangerous people who love to troll and hate on others.

So where can teens go online to chill and be safe?
